One-on-One Training
When you meet One-on-One with our Specialists, you are receiving the individualized attention needed to reach your goals!

Our One-on-One sessions are as individual as you are; they are created specifically for YOU! Your Motions Movement and Nutrition Specialist will focus their attention on helping you get the most out of your workout.

With a unique knowledge and approach to the human body, Motions Fitness is more than just a gym. By optimizing your brain health to ensure the body responds accordingly, at Motions we are a scientifically based solutions provider!

Your Specialist attends weekly educational sessions to discover and learn the latest techniques and skills to ensure that they are on the leading edge to benefit you during your workout.

Your One-on-One session can involve certain exercises to stimulate your brain, build strength, or develop endurance. You session may include nutritional education where we can explain and discuss Motions' very own iNBalance Nutrition.

Small Group Training
Small Group Training involves 2 - 6 individuals. We will place you in a proper level of training for your goals and objectives.

You will benefit from in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals with one of our certified coaches. Working with the other members of your group will provide a great team atmosphere where you will encourage and cheer each other on to success!

Team Training
Our Team Training schedule is jam packed with opportunities to enjoy a community atmosphere with other individuals who look forward to getting in a great workout and sweat together!

We offer a great line up of Les Mills programming! Les Mills is an international company whose programs are created for the individual who is just starting their Team Training or the individual who has been at it for years! 

Our Coaches are encouraging, motivating, exciting, and will guide you step by step through each program.

Team Training Schedule

Express Workouts
Your time is important to us. That is why we offer Express Workouts! These workouts are available to you ANYTIME! Whenever you are available, they're available. No appointment necessary! 

SciFit offers 11 different workouts that vary in length from 30, 40, to 50 minutes. Our workouts can be a blend of cardio and strength, straight cardio, straight strength, intervals, or constant work.

The workouts are as individual as you are and can be adjusted for all abilities.
