What should I expect at the initial consultation?

At your initial consultation you will be given an opportunity to discuss your personal health goals with a Motions scientific medicine provider. This will be an opportunity for you and our staff to identify if you are a good candidate for our services, evaluate your history, build your clinical case, order the right testing, educate and design a unique solution for you that addresses your specific needs. Our goal is to empower you and guide you on the right path so you can use these strategies for the rest of your life.

How much is the Initial Consultation?

The initial consultation is $0.

Should I bring anything with me to the consultation?

We ask that you bring any pertinent medical records, supplements, medication and lab test results with you. Dress comfortably with sneakers. If you are not the financial decision maker, we ask that you bring your significant other with you to the consultation

How long should I expect the consultation to last? 

Expect the consultation to last for 60 minutes. If you are a good candidate for our care we will go over the test kits and some paperwork to get you started. This will be an addition 10-15 minutes. We value your time and do our best to provide a timely service. 

Does your office take insurance for Scientific Medicine services? 

We do not accept insurance or Medicare for our consulting services. Your case requires special attention and time that is not covered by insurance companies. 

Does your office offer single or a-la-carte services? 

We do offer single or a-la-carte services and testing since every individuals needs and goals are different. 

What is the investment to join the Motions Program? 

Our most popular program, Platinum is $109 per week for a 12-month period. You can learn more about the program in this video: 

Is my lab testing covered by health insurance? 

Our lab testing is usually not covered by most insurance providers. 

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept, cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Discover card is also accepted for US clients only. 

Do you offer financing services? 


Can I use my HSA or FSA account? 

Yes. Please check with your HR department to be sure. 

What are your hours?

Our hours are Monday to Thursday 5AM-7PM, Friday 5AM-6PM and Saturday 7AM-Noon. Our Personal Trainers are available 24/7! 

Do I still need a primary care physician? 

Yes, we do not provide acute care services and we do not replace the services that your current medical team provides. We provide a stand-alone service. 

Will I see other practitioners? 

Yes, you will work with a team of experts to help you accomplish your health goals. 

Does your office accept clients that live in other cities/countries? 

Yes, we can work with any person in any country. 

What is included in the Ultimate Personal Training Experience? 

-An in depth review of Motions 5-component system -A personalized program that is built around your unique history and needs -4 personal training sessions -Personalized supplement schedule -Meal planning, recipes and menu 

Is the Ultimate Personal Training Experience covered by insurance? 

Our programs and lab testing is typically not covered by insurance. 

What happens at the end of the 30-day Ultimate Personal Training Experience? 

Once you complete your 30 days, you will have the opportunity to continue at Motions Fitness by selecting from any of our programs. Programs start as little as $19 per week! 

Do I qualify for any of Motions programs? 

This program is for anyone looking to optimize their heath. The only time somebody is not qualified is if their health is too far-gone or their condition requires urgent medical attention. 

How much should I budget for monthly supplement cost?

By joining our program you have access to direct pricing on supplements, which ensures you pay the lowest price possible. On average, you should budget between $100-$300 for supplements monthly. 

Can my appointments be done over the phone or Skype? 

Yes. We enjoy helping our clients through Skype, FaceTime, and over the phone. 

Who will my appointments be with? 

Your appointments will be with one of our experts and they will be focusing on your specific needs. They will provide you with coaching and consulting to get your health on the right track. Your clinician will be overseeing your case, answering your questions and recording your results. 

How does the lab testing work? 

The DNA testing is a simple cheek swab. If you are not in the area and would like a DNA test, we can ship it to you. Just follow the simple directions. 

In some instances you might have to get blood work done. We will direct you to the lab that coordinates that. Many of the tests have shipping included in the cost of the kits, if not you will be responsible for the shipping. You will get instructions in more detail on how to do the test kits and the kits come with clear instructions as well. Payment is made directly to us to ensure you have the lowest price possible.
